We’re excited to get your The Pawganic goodies to you and your pup as soon as possible! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We'll always keep you updated if there's any significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

3. International Shipping Available 

We currently ship to addresses within:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • All of Europe
  • Australia

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

5. Shipping Issues

The Pawganic is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If you believe your package is lost or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly or email us at contact@thepawganic.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to help you with a replacement or refund where applicable.
